From struggle to strength: my journey to ADHD coaching
My own lifelong struggle with mental health came to a head in 2024, leading me to therapy where I received an ADHD diagnosis in December 2024, followed by an AuDHD diagnosis in June 2025. Through this journey of re-learning about myself and ADHD/AuDHD, I discovered the significant stigma and limited support available. I am passionately committed to changing that narrative to help others navigate similar paths.

You are not alone: understanding and overcoming challenges
I want everyone to know that it is absolutely okay to have ADHD or AuDHD. You do not have to struggle in silence.
Mentally, this journey can be incredibly tough, and I deeply understand the feelings of darkness and isolation it can bring.
This understanding fuels my passion to help. Remember, ADHD is 100% individual – if you have met one person with ADHD, you have met "one" person with ADHD. For some, it is no joke and can have a significant negative impact on their lives
ADHD is a complex condition; it is not just about lack of focus, forgetfulness, distraction, or hyperfocus. While these can be soul destroying enough, there is much more to it.
For e.g. someone with ADHD/AuDHD, can experience lack of confidence and they could have a low self worth. Struggling to deal with emotions and never feeling good enough no matter how hard you try or succeed. All these factors can make it difficult with relationships, education and work. I HAVE BEEN THROUGH THIS!.
