I'm not here to sell you a perfect system.

 

I’m just a guy who has unknowingly struggled with ADHD for years. I was diagnosed late into my life, and had to work on reprogramming alot of my coping strategies and learn new techniques to give me the skills for living a happier, healthier and more stable lifestyle.

 

Now, I want to help others on their own journey. Without going round in circles, making their way through life smoother and easier.

 

Along with traditional ADHD coaching, I can show you grounding techniques to strengthen mind and body together. Just real support that works!
