Cost of Coaching Sessions
  • 15-20min Intro consultation - FREE
  • 60 min ADHD Coaching session - at £75ph
  • Block of 6 sessions - £450

Do I need a referral?

Not at all! 

If you are ADHD diagnosed / on a waiting list or just looking for further advice we'd love to help.

Online / face to face

Our initial meeting will be via a google meets and last around 15-20 mins. This is a free complimentary indroduction.

Other appointments will be face to face in our works office and usually last around 60mins (to be agreed)
